Mothers Day Poems

(Written 20.03.1993)

1)
You are my Mummy
And I love you
I'm really sorry
If I ever bug you
Today's your day
And I hope it's the best
And of course its another day
That you get to rest

2)
Mummy, Mummy,
I'll try to be good
I'll not get dirty
Or roll in the Mud
I really will try
To be my very best
But most of all Mummy,
I want you to rest.

3)
You calm me when I'm angry
You love me when I'm mad
And you know I don't mean it
When I say things that are bad

I love you dearest Mummy,
You really are the best
And you really must remember
To get your day of rest.
